I have a Mac user who is remote and has changed her password on our network. We use active directory and everything went through smoothly but now that she is in her home office (no where near a corporate office) and no longer connected to the network the Mac will not allow her to login using old or new passwords. I do have the ability to use local admin but have no idea how to get her profile password synced with the network password if all I can get in with is the local admin profile.
If this was windows I'd just connect to our vpn and run something as her but not sure how to do that on a mac.
Any help would be greatly appreciated by this Mac Novice.
