Hi Everyone,

Can anyone help me with an issue I'm having with an Apple Mac not syncing with my sub folders with my iPhone etc.

Has anybody else experienced this issue?

Thanks

You need to provide more information about your devices and the operating system on both.

What Mac, desktop or portable, also what model year will also help?
What iTunes version?
What iPhone version?
How are you trying to sync these folders, iCloud?

Its the latest version of Mac OS Sierra - Macbook Pro 2014
iTunes - 12.5.4
iPhone - 10.2
And its using an Office 365 Exchange account which is for the business. Its using the "Cloud" but not iCloud..
Cheers

Mail Mac Problems with iPhone / iPad Devices

I have my 365 email account synced across 3 devices (iPhone, iPad and Mac).
When I delete an email on my iPhone, this deletion syncs across to my iPad. However on my Mac (using MacMail), the email remains – It does delete in the 365 OWA portal.
I can manually delete it but get the following error message before it deletes:
‘The Message “(Email Subject)” could not be moved to the mailbox “(Email Address)”
The specified object was not found in the store. The process failed to get the correct properties. ‘ – I presume this is because the email has already been deleted.

I can still send and receive mail on my mac but it doesn’t appear to be properly syncing. Can anyone give any advice?

It sounds as though the settings on the Mac are different than the iOS devices. Are you using the native iOS Mail app or other app?

Found a fix:
Removes "Automatically manage connection settings" from Mail>Preferences>Your exchange account>Server Settings
Made my day...

The specified object was not found in the store.

I am receiving the same message "The specified object was not found in the store." on my iMac with Sierra OS. I do not have this issue on my MBPro with El Capitan. It is really frustrating. I tried the solution above with unchecking the 'automatically manage setting' box, but that did not work. Any other solutions?

I was suffering from this same problem, and unchecking the 'automatically manage setting' box also did not work, but the problem went away when I updated my iphone OS to 10.2.1 -- emails on my sierra OS macbook are now properly deleted when I delete them from my phone.

Thanks for the tip snowman, but my phone iOS is already at 10.2.1. :(
