Change to iCloud Drive in Finder
I’m using El Capitan 10.11.6 on an early 2009 20” 2.66Ghz iMac, so am unable to upgrade to Sierra.
Until recently when the grey iCloud Drive icon in the Finder window sidebar was clicked the contents of my iCloud Drive appeared in the right hand pane as normal folders and i was able to navigate them in the usual way.
Recently this does not work and all I get is a large cloud graphic and a message:
“iCloud Drive
Store your files in iCloud Drive and access them on iOS 8, OS X Yosemite, and even Windows or the web. Apps can now access files directly from iCloud Drive and edit documents from other apps.
Learn More…”
and a button: “Upgrade to iCloud Drive”
I am still able to access my iCloud Drive from Safari and no amount of checking the preferences for iCloud Drive and iCloud seems to make any difference.
Any ideas?
