- 10.12.4. plus an older mac
Hello Mac Friends,
I hope I am posting in the correct forum area,
When I opened this link on Safari with my older iMac (OX 10.7.5)
in Safari 6.1.6 (7537.78.2)
http://www.stateofwonder.net/Splash%21/La_Paz_Mural__Layer_1/La_Paz_Mural__Layer_1.html
I was able to enjoy a slide show I made several years ago. It may have actually been a blog. I do not recall.
I seem unable to send you-all a screen grab as an example of what the successful screen looks like:
Then I tried with my newer iMac (El Capitan 10.11.1)
with Photos 1.2, Quicktime Player 10.4 (854)
Safari did not support this link. It asked for a plug in which I believe I found (I can not remember what it was nor can I find a trace of my action). Part of the slide show worked but only the bar that showed that something was playing. There was no audio nor video.
Again, unable to send you a screen grab.
Two questions: 1) Might there a way to see this on newer versions of either Safari or Mac OS or other sources? 2) Can I transfer the successful version back to my mac or a DVD or CD?
My thanks for your reading this and considering possibilities,
John
