Anyone out there have any experience using Adobe Premiere Elements 12 on OS X Mavericks? The price and features look real good but I'm not sure if I'm going to run into problems with it running on OS X 10.9.4

According to the tech specs, it'll run on 10.9 (source). Are there some specific concerns that you're worried about?

Yes, there are concerns. On Amazon it's (Adobe Premiere Elements 12) available for $60.00 but it says "Mac OS X v10.7 through v10.8". I guess that's because it was released Sept. 2013. On Adobe's website it does say OS X v10.9 but it costs $100.00. I'm a bit confused. Maybe version12 on Amazon was the first release?

Probably the same version with Amazon selling it discounted. Anyway, it might be best to wait until after Yosemite is released. There are going to be updates needed from various publishers for their software when Yosemite goes live. You might want to find out if Premiere Elements is compatible with Yosemite if you plan on upgrading.

Maybe I'll just buy Final Cut Pro. I don't want to kill my time waiting for the next release of OS X.

According to this link (Adobe.com):

System requirements | Adobe Premiere Elements

Adobe Premier Elements 12 is compatible with Mac OS 10.9 (Mavericks).:)
