burning music itunes to flash drive mac osx 10.6.8

I have read several things on this, not sure what to do, need assistance.

Drag and drop your tunes from iTunes onto the USB. Unfortunately, you won't be able to keep the track order, because you're exporting to Finder and they will be arranged as per the Finder's "Arrange By" command.

Format the USB thumb drive Mac OS Extended (Journaled) in Disk utility when connected up and follow this thread to try and keep playlist order:-

I tried to drag and drop from playlist and a few went in,some did not. I wish there was a app for downloading to flas drives as so many of us have them now. Is there such a thing?
