A question for those of you who Wi-Fi (direct to cell-phone tower) or direct to satellite internet connections: Does the Help Center of Mountain Lion work for you? It does not for me (I am connected directly to satellite). I carried my iMac to my neighbour with a Wi-Fi (to tower) connection - still no Help Center. I hauled my iMac to town & connected to cable - Help C. worked perfectly. Is this a widespread problem for those with rural internet connections?
