Problem when clicking on trackpad with reading list..

I have this little issue where whenever I click a link on Safari, it always goes to my reading list so I have to open my reading list to get to the link I want. Its just really annoying, I don't even use my reading list and just want the clicker to be normal and do its job, any suggestions? :\
