Hi,

Recovery HD was there when I hold option key, after I installed and removed Windows 7 using boot camp, Recovery HD is no longer listed when holding option key.

When I click Command+R, it's showing "Starting internet recovery"

I typed "diskutil list" in terminal.app, it showed following lines:

#: TYPE NAME SIZE IDENTIFIER
0: GUID_partition_scheme *121.3 GB disk0
1: EFI 209.7 MB disk0s1
2: Apple_HFS Macintosh HD 120.5 GB disk0s2
3: Apple_Boot 650.0 MB disk0s3

How can I re-enable it?

Thanks

You may not be able to activate it without reinstalling. The recovery partition is there as it's being shown from the terminal command but it's not active.

The removal of Windows 7 may have altered the partition map so that the recovery partition has been de-activated.
