need free iPhoto downlaod

I have a Mac OS 10.5.8. I used to have iPhoto, but it seems to have
disappeared.
When I open "iPhoto to Disk", I get a message
<<Please try opening your iPhoto library using iPhoto '08 or '09.>>

How do I get this without paying again. I had iPhoto, but it disappeared.
I don't think I should have to pay again.

Reinstall from your Install Disk (probably Disk 2) or buy a new copy if you don't have the disks anymore. We don't support software (piracy) sharing on this site.
