mouse no longer wakes up screen...

hey guys i just upgraded to 10.7 on my macbook pro and i've noticed that moving the mouse no longer wakes up the display...

is this normal or did something go wrong here...?

thanks for any help!

It seems to be the new normal. Just click a mouse button and it will wake up the screen.

Same on my iMac with the Magic Trackpad. Have to click it now or hit a key on the keyboard to wake it up.

I actually have to click the mouse 2-3 times before the monitor wakes up. I can hear the hard drive kick in and slow down again after every click.

My intel Mini has always done this, even with SL.

But yes, 10.7 on my iMac does do this. What Schweb said should work.
