Hi

I understand mobileme mail addresses, will continue when we transfer over to iCloud, though ultimately after the transfer and mobileme is no more, anyone know what the email address will be?

Or will they just remain @me.com?

Regards

It sounds like it will remain @me.com.

Mail that delivers. Free.
When you set up iCloud, you get a free me.com email account. iCloud automatically pushes new email messages to all your devices, so your inbox is up to date everywhere you check it. And iCloud keeps all your folders in sync, no matter which device you’re using.

Hi

Yeah good find, looks like it.

Though me.com seems a bit redundant, something
new would have been good, like @icloud.com

i preferred good old .mac

Yeah, I agree but oh well... It is free and all, so I can't complain too much. :p Can't wait for it to launch this fall.

I still use .mac ;) Which should indicate that even if they did change the domain for new users, the previous domain's would be valid for those who had them (it'd be a pain to change your email address at a suppliers whim, I believe that's understood)

Hmmm.

Yes forgot, you could remain .mac and I might revert to that, never felt mobileme or @me.com sounded mac enough * if you know what I mean *
