I have set up my e-mail address and have it set up using pop with my mac mail client. Should by outgoing mail server be what stmp.freeola.net (which was provided by the company who set up the email or should it be based on my isp (btconnect). Currently I can receive emails but not send them. Any ideas as I am lost without my e-mail address'

Thanks

It depends on your ISP. I know Verizon does not let you send mail with out using outgoing.verizon.net

You could try using btconnect's SMTP server.

Be sure the outbound port is correct too. Default SMTP is 25 but some now have changed that to 587 and some also use 465 with SSL. Confirm if the server requires authentication as well.
