My eMac was having some serious issues so I upgraded the Ram from 256 to 1GB. I then re-installed OS 10.3. Did an erase and install. My only problem is that the display is in the center of the screen instead of filling up the screen and the icons seam to be the size they should be. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Not sure, it's been a while since I've used 10.3, but you should check in system preferences > displays. It might be set to to a smaller screen resolution.

No choices? How odd... sounds like the graphics driver is missing or corrupt, or something along those lines. Try making a new user and see if you have the same problem when you log into that one.
