Creating iCal events form Excel sheet data

I have the following weekly planner spreadsheet setup in Excel; https://gyazo.com/eee0f35ef547355662c93d86a4e40f46

Would it be possible to write a script to periodically create new events in iCal related to the certain Day columns & row priorities in this excel sheet? I basically want to convert this sheets information into events in iCal, so I can easily schedule the tasks, without having to copy all the tasks over manually.

I wouldn't necessarily need the event durations creating; the Events could just be created as All Day Events and placed at the top of the calendar ready for me to drag into the timeline of each iCal day.
