Mac Mail not showing Blind cc list in Inbox

Sometime I send emails to myself with a long blind copy cc list.

That way I get a copy of the message in my inbox.

However, the blind cc's are not showing up, can not view, the blind cc list when displaying inbox message.

That is correct. Blind CC recipients are not visible to any other recipient. In your description, you are looking at the INBOX message, where you are a recipient. If you looked at the SENT mailbox, you should be able to see the blind CC list as you are the SENDER, not a recipient.
