istat app?

Anyone using iStat app can help me understand which one of these stats are important and i need to take note?

I use iStat Menus. Your CPUs are running a bit hot, ideally you want to see them around the upper 40s to low 50s. They should be in the 70s under load. This is my MBP for reference.

Hi thank you. Do you think mine is going up because of my external display? i dont use any rendering softwares. Mostly chrome and few other apps

Having an external monitor definitely drives the GPU harder, but again none of those temps are worrisome. If they were sitting constantly at or above 95 degC, then I'd be more worried.
