Macworld Mag has iMazing 2 on sale for $19.99 US. That's a great price for a must have app. Now that Apple is going to kill off iTunes in macOS 10.15 (Catalina), it appears it will be more difficult and cumbersome to backup your iPhone and iPad. iMazing will do the job and do it better.

If you haven't alrerady done so check for updates when the program launches. My copy updated yesterday. Obe of the things I remember being in the update is addressing an issue for folks who may be thinking of running IOS 13 soon. IIIRC the issue is that as it stands right now backups are not exactly incremental. That may be fully cleared up by the time IOS 13 is officially released.

In actual fact, it alrady is even with the current iTunes version and how it worrks or should I say, doesn't work, correctly.

At least iMazing backs up EVERYTHING, unlike iTunes and a lot of the stuff it leaves out. Or any apps that are no longer in the App Store that won't get restored if and when needed.

Just like a lot of Apple's messed up half-assed working stuff lately. God only knows what their new method will screw up!!!

Sorry for the rant, but it really p's me off the way Apple's sloppyness and arrogance has taken over recently.
