What is this exclaimation mark?

I notice this backup on my wife's Laptop that has exclamation mark, I cannot figure out what this mean or how to fix it, should I click Update Recovery Partition ?? Screen Shot 2019-02-16 at 4.55.01 PM.jpeg

Sorry for posting this too early. I got it fixed by making new Recovery Hd and exclaimation mark disappears.

Hi Ron - I use CCC and that has happened to me a number of times (usually after a major macOS upgrade) - I just hit the 'Update Recovery HD' and after a few minutes, the clone is completed and updated. Dave

I assume you are working with clone of the OS. It looks like what has happened is the recovery partition on the clone drive is a different OS version than the recovery partitionon on the source drive. CCC has essentially detected a difference in the recovery partitions on the two drives and wants to know what to do about it.

When you run the next clone operation, if you tell CCC to create a recovery partition, it will update the partition which will correct the problem.
