Sorry if this is in the wrong place.
I recently had a new battery put in my iphone 6s running ios 12.1.2. I was running 8.4.1, so they told me I had to upgrade to the latest ios so that they could run a diagnostic at the apple store. I have a macbook pro 11,4 with high sierra on it 10.13.6.
Itunes was flawless with my old mac mini2,1 and itunes 12,? I think 6 but not sure.
I cannot import store bought audio books into itunes. I managed to get one to import but it didn't play in the books app. Has anyone else had this problem? Any ideas?
All of this started with a double upgrade of the ios and a new laptop because my iphone 6 WOULD sync with the old mac mini, but would no longer do it after the upgrade. I listen to SO many audiobooks and it is frustrating that it no longer works. Also. I use an external usb cd player. It works fine with my old mac mini before you ask ;-).
