This started off has a simple task to get Cinco de Mayo into my calendars on all my devices.

So I added a calendar using iMac Calendar US Holidays that has Cinco in it, not a US Holiday.

It placed the Calendar on my Mac, Cinco was now in calendar.

Used Get Info the move US Holiday into iCloud calendars on iMac.

Ok, but Calendar is not syncing with iCloud, in fact is not showing the Calendar in the iCloud Calendar List.

Why is this not working!!!!

US Holiday shows on iMac, but not on iCloud!

First off, I have Cinco de Mayo, in my iOS Calendar, and on all my iOS devices. It is in my US Calendars, on all my devices.

Maybe try this and see if things improve:
webcal://ical.mac.com/ical/US32Holidays.ics

PS: Are you waiting a bit for the sync to happen as the Mac/iOS calendar syncing can take 15-20 minutes or more sometimes.

@rim45

I understand your total frustration at what must seem a terribly simple problem to solve.

We, on the other hand, have relatively little to go on.

I have one suggestion. When you set up a Calendar it can be "On My Mac" or in "iCloud".

Only the "iCloud" Calendar(s) will sync.

You said
It placed the Calendar on my Mac, Cinco was now in calendar.

Used Get Info the move US Holiday into iCloud calendars on iMac.

Are you sure that the you have the Holidays actually within your "iCloud Calendar". It's best put there directly not by trying to move it (or copy/paste it) from one calendar to another.

That reminds me of the bobbies (cops) who had the toilets stolen from their station — and they were left with nothing to go on.

Sorry… :D
