I'm a new, so I apologize if I am posting in the wrong place. I have tried every resource online for several hours now to try to resolve an issue pertaining to recording Skype video calls using eCamm Call Recorder.
I have selected the Split Screen view within Call Recorder. However, only the Picture-in-Picture view is available when recording the actual call. Upon ending the call, I can then view the video recording, which shows the recording in Split Screen view. Does anyone know why I cannot see the Split Screen view in real time, while the call is actually being recorded.
