Synchronizing Unibox

Hello,
I am French, and speaks little English. thank you for being single in your answers.
I use Unibox I find very enjoyable for the consolidation of a single view of all exchanges with a correspondent.
Since this morning I have disturbances in the accounts. I receive almost no correspondence (some anyway), and the emails I send are not displayed in the left column, although I know that they have reached the recipient.
I tried a sync, but I have an error message: Log expired. (DataConnectionErrorDomain 8099).
What to do ?...

Have you experienced Unibox, considering myself if you have any feedback.

Very kind of you to post. However, this thread is roughly 3.5 years old and I expect that the OP will have solved or given up on the problem.
