iTunes randomly starting

Okay, I just ran the newest security update from apple on my mini and I've noticed latly that iTunes is starting up on its own. I quit iTunes and it'll start about 5 min later. Is this happening to anyone else and does anyone know anyway I can make this stop?

running anything that might be opening it? I know Limewire opens mine whenever I finish downloading.

I figured out that it was the itunes widget in dashboard doing it.
