When I shut down my Mac I get this window that says installation in progress, abort or continue. I want to completely get rid of it. It has a picture of an open box with a yellow box coming out of it. Looks kinda like Mac-Keeper. Can you help?

Yeah, harry, I think what is going on is that the malware developer has tried to use social engineering to dupe people into letting his crapware install. After all, what can be wrong about letting an installation complete? Using the terms "abort" and "complete" he is implying that somehow the installation was already approved and just needs to finish. Windows folks get used to this type notice because of all the updates that won't let you shut down until they install. So "approval to install" is camouflaged behind "abort/continue" facade. Nasty stuff, that.
