help emailing a word template?

I have a MacBook Pro 2011 and am using a Word template to create a newsletter. When i email it to myself to check out how it looks...it is a mess. It is 4 pages long and 2 of the pages are showing up almost blank, 1 is scrambled and page one is fine. When i look at Print Preview it looks great...
Anyone have any experience/advice with this one?

Also tried to save as PDF and email has same results-
