Office on OSX : Outlook OST Location

I just ran update for Office 2011 on my Mac. Suddenly, Outlook no longer remembers anything! I need to find the previous profile and OST so I do not lose all my contacts, mail, calendar, ...

I know how to do this on PC's but where are the files found on MAC?

Don't use Outlook here so I'll have to defer to this thread which states that messages and contacts are stored in ~/Documents/Microsoft User Data/Office 2011 Identities/Main Identity/Data Records/
