Get rid of text format in clipboard when copy/pasting

Hi,
I was wondering: Whenever I want to copy some text from a website to mail etc., copying will include the font/size etc. A way around that is to paste the text into the text editor, then mark/copy that text in the editor, and then paste into the mail. Although this can be done fast, this is a little awkward. Does anyone know a more elegant way to strip the clipboard information down to just the text?

You want to paste the copied info as plain text so,
