I have a ipod classic, I'm not sure if it's 6th or 7th generation because they look the same.

My problem is when I listen with my "Marshall Monitor" headphone.
Music keeps on stop playing like headphone jack got pulled out, when it didn't.
My headphone works fine if I use it on other device such as my phone..
And the funny thing is, my headphone could detach the cable and if I connect the jack that goes in to the headphone to my ipod it works fine..(connecting the cable opposite way)

When I use other earphone which is "Marshall Mode" on my ipod it also works fine.

What's the problem ?

Not sure which iPod classic you're referring to, but iFixit: The Free Repair Manual has a pretty good breakdown and take apart for most iPods. The headphone jack may be loose or perhaps even some dirt inside. But usually it's the contacts inside that wear out.

You want to be careful with that classic as they are very hard to find any more.
