After trying apple music and declining to continue membership, I noticed that whenever Im away from my WIFI (I walk for xercise & listen to my ipod)and want to listen to songs that I have purchased I get a message saying "connect to WIFI to listen to music" . I checked to see if maybe I was still a member of Apple Music, but no. Ive downloaded from the cloud onto my device, dont know what else to do. Anybody have a fix?

If you've purchased the music through iTunes, launch the iTunes app on the iPad and ensure that A) you see all of your purchases and B) the songs do not show the cloud symbol next to them. If there's a cloud symbol, they are not downloaded and you will need to download them.
