Recently I wanted to figure out where the sim card was on the iPhone.... i searched online and they were like stick a toothpick or paperclip inside the slot and u pull out the sim tray.

so i followed the instructions which is really simple

in the sim tray there is a sim card. so i tried it in my old phone and it worked perfectly and i figured this would be good in the future just in case my iphone were to break.. so i put the sim tray back in the phone then the other i wanted to use it again and the toothpick i used broke inside the slot and now i cannot pull out sim card tray again and now im worried that i might have voided my warranty by doing so... and im also worried that i will not be able to get out the simcard... plz give me advice

Maybe try a vacuum to suck the toothpick out? Maybe with a very slim pin, a bright light, and a magnifying glass you would be able to fish it out.

Well if your iPhone ever needs servicing and the techs can't pull out the SIM card because of that toothpick, you're gonna be sorta screwed.

get another tootpick and put a very small Amt of super glue on the tip. Stick it in very lightly and let dry. Pull out

Could also use a ppr clip and try to push on the broken tp to release the tray

Be very careful

Really cool idea. Not sure it will work but I have to give you credit thinking that one up.

You should be able to break a wire off a wire-wheel or wire brush and rout it out with that. -and stick with a paper clip next time..

And I too am curious as all get out as to your fear of light. Its not a vampire thing, is it?
