Using an iPhone 5s model number MF357PP/A | A1530 | Asia Pacific in the USA

I just got an iPhone 5s MF357PP/A | A1530 | Asian Pacific phone from a friend in the Philippines.

I was wondering if I could use this phone here in the US? If so, what carrier will this work with?

Model A1530 is listed as Asian Pacific as you say. It's a GSM phone and "may" be useable with AT&T or T-Mobile. It would be best to take the phone with you and go to one of those stores (AT&T or T-Mobile) and let them test it with one of their SIMs.

The frequencies that the phone is able to work with might be different from what is used here in the US. The best way to find out if it works is as above.
