Both Wi-Fi and LTE. The only fix is a hard reset.

How old is the iPhone? Does it have a case? How long after reset does the signal drop off? Does toggling WiFi and Cellular bring it back? Is there any damage to the phone?

Brand new iPhone 11 Pro with case and no damage. Signal drops about two hours after a reset, toggling WiFi/Cellular doesn’t do anything.

I was out of town recently using heavy LTE data when this issue started, not sure if that could have caused it.

If brand new, take it back and have them diagnose or replace. Do not waste your time trying to fix it yourself.
