iPhone 6s Screen Hold duration

The screen hold duration on my three year old iPhone 6S is set at 0.1 seconds. Is there any way I could reduce the sensitivity to a simple tap. Even 0.1 seconds seems a long time!

Looks like 0.10 is the lowest value that is supported on iOS and unfortunately you can't go lower if the OS doesn't support it.
