Burned Home Button

I have an iPhone 8 Plus that's maybe 6-7 months old. When I looks in the sun light I see a burn look on the home button. You know how an electoral burn looks when it's overheating. Has anyone else seen this? I'm thinking of going to trade it in for a new iPhone because I don't want to chance a fire.

Ya I can do that when my wife wakes up from her nap.

Update: I have pictures, but every time I try to attach them they say the picture is too big and it can't resize it...

You'll want to open it up in Preview, then choose Tools->Adjust Size and make the image around 1024x768 (or close to that depending on the dimensions) and it should upload fine.
