Is your iPhone jailbroken? If so, that's probably 99% of the problem. In losing the Message app, more than just MobileSMS.app may have been damaged. Do you have a backup you can use to restore the phone to un-jailbroken state?

I told you already that you iPhone needs to be reset and the jailbreak undone before you can expect anything different. Adding more crapola about your jailbroken phone isn't going to help. Restore to factory, get it working again. Don't jailbreak.
