Hi David:

First.... Please post in the correct forum. Not everything belongs in our lounge. Your question belongs here in "iOS and Apps".

As to your question, if you have updated to the latest version of iOS 13, the Files app is placed on your screen. You might have several screens of apps, so be sure to check each one.

Thanks for the reply sorry for being in the wrong place.
To your reply the File app is not on any of the three screens.

Are you running the latest version of iOS 13? It should be 13.3.

Hi David

Try this to add the Files app to your iPhone:

1. Open Photos app on iPhone
2. Tap on any photo on the screen.
3. Tap on the Share icon at bottom of screen (looks like a square box with an arrow sticking out of it)
4. You should see a number of options. Scroll through these till you see "Save to Files". Tap on it.
5. Select location for this - in your case "On My Phone".

This should have created a Files app icon on one of your screens. Let us know if success or failure please.

Many thanks to all.

Ian your input regarding
1
Tried that the options I get are Air Drop/Messages/Mail/Notes/Whats app/Reminders/More with three dots.
Sorry to say no Files showing up.

Last night I was browsing through the iphone7 and if I drag the screen from the top the Files are there . But these are also there there / Photos/Notes/safari/whatsapp/FaceTime/camera.
Thanks David.

Sorry guys. All found when I select the method that Ian gave if I scrolled that scree up there are load of options there.Thank You so much for your time all down to me never thought that it was like that.
What made me look my wife's iPad had that option so went back to the iPhone and there it is.
Once again many thanks and Sorry if I wasted your time.
David
