Yesterday on my partner's iPad (and as it happens, her MacBook Pro), she would Google, and the results would include many 'https...' sites.
Does the same thing today, on both machines, and the results have NO 'https...' site, only 'http...' sites.
All she can think is that last night she casually clicked the 'OK' button on a Google privacy update, and that must have included some sort of update to her search results.
Any better ideas? My iPad, and my Mac Mini, are behaving 'normally'. We have different IP addresses to each other (her IP for the iPad is the same as her IP for her MacBook).
And if it is a sneaky (although pointless) Google update, is there any way of reversing it?
Thanks.
Allen.
