Good day to all.
I do hope this is the correct place to ask a question regarding my iPad Air has gone very slow.
comes on okay but when I top on one of the app on home screen takes a while for the site to open.
Been thing of reset back to new, have done the quick reset by holding the home button and the on/0ff tab.
Does anyone have any ideas please .
ps. the iPad is approx 3 year old Neve had any hard work only one user, wife has her own.Thanks

Hi David

What I think you have done is do a standard switch off or Power Down.

Let's try a Force Reboot:

Press and hold both the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button - at the same time - until the screen goes blank. Keep holding these until the Apple logo appears and your iPad comes back to life. Be patient, as it can take perhaps 15-20 seconds.

See if that solves the problem.

Thread moved to the right location.

Be specific about what is slow. Is it the app loading, a website, or something else? Does powering down the device and starting up again make it faster? Are you running the newest version of iOS that iPad supports?
