Using the new iPadOS and I noticed the Recent Apps in the Dock, are not opening when I tap them. Has anyone else noticed this?

I am running it on my IPad Pro 12.9” 1st Gen.

I have not done any troubleshooting yet but I will try these;

Restart.
Hard Restart.
Remove recent apps from Dock, then add it back.

Update: I just noticed some of the apps in Recent Apps needed updating. So I updated those and some of them work now, but Twitter is not working. Time for troubleshooting now.

So, here’s what I did, offloaded Twitter, then restarted (powered off/on) then reinstalled Twitter and the Recent Apps Twitter icon works to open the app.

Thanks Bob. The update screen for apps is a bit different than it was before under iOS 12. I noticed that while I was beta testing iPadOS. You might also take a look at "Air Drop" which is different.
