Mail Delete Not Syncing

Problem fixed. I removed the account from my Mac and added it back in. Problem went away.
Doesn't make a whole lot of sense, but I'll take it.

Good to hear. Sometimes a fresh installation of an ailing app fixes the problem. Thanks for posting back and letting us know.

Yes, that's great news, as stated I dont know why this works sometimes (I'm not that much of a techie) I just know that it does. The same method sometimes works for network profiles. If youve had one for a long while and suddenly start having unexplained problems just going to Network Preferences and creating a new Location (Name) and Network Name then let the Connection Wizard do its thing and presto (sometimes) the problem is fixed. Its so easy to do its always worth a shot.
