Hello iPholads and iPhogents

My iPhone X 12.3.1 acting strange,
Done much troubleshooting, no result

Screen acts on its own

iPhone was not dropped, no water damage and is out of warranty.
Screen protector, casing and grease removal done
Reset, reboot, update, wifi, bluetooth and SIM card checked...

It looks like at least a Restore or some sort might be required an get a new pristine iOS for it to hopefully use.

so it turned out that Apple has a repair program for that glitch and I've had mine replaced at no charge, despite manufacturers warranty has ended.

Nice fix and solution, even if it did take a few months. And good on Apple for doing the right thing. Nice to hear.
