That annoying ‘Approval Request Sent’ pop-up message on new iPhones

Your Mac's Specs
13" MBP - 2.7 Ghz, Intel Core i7, 8GB RAM.
How do I get rid of this? The approval code never gets sent to my iPad and trying the Keychain off/on fix still requires a code being sent.

Look in your iPad, under Settings > "Apple ID", and confirm it is listed as a trusted device for your Apple ID.

Are you using the same Apple ID on all devices?

Edit: The only other thing I would suggest is to remove the iPad from your list of trusted devices, then add it back in as a trusted device.
