Android Photo Transfer

Can anyone recommend an app to transfer photos on an Android phone to iMac?
I currently use Smart Switch to backup but its not possible to view the photos from the Mac hard disk.
I have tried viewing the SD card from my phone on the Mac but its not easy to then move the files to the required folder.
Ideally I need two copies of Finder open at the same time but thats not possible.

Just one BTW; you can have as many Finder Windows open as you care to.

Open Finder. Top menu bar > File > New Finder Window.

Each Window can be individually sized and each Window operates separately so you can have completely different things showing in each one. Easy to move File A buried within one Window to a new position in a different file structure.

(I'm not suggesting you use this for your question - Bob's reply takes care of that - just pointing out that it is possible to have multiple Finder Windows open at once).
