I'm fairly well known for my patients, but I would already be quite angry if I was experiencing the same problems that you are.

Oppps, sorry. My apologies.

I'm also trying out a different browser and a different spell-checker that seems to popup at strange times that I really don't like, plus trying to get the Mac dictation to work a bit better. And a bit of annoying frustration gets in the way very quickly that really annoys this old curmudgeon.

Why not just revert back to the previous version you were using?

Maybe Apple's next iOS 12.1 update may fix your problem.

The iPhone 6S+ seems to have a data connection this morning, on 4G.

Not sure why it is suddenly working as nothing has changed, but very pleased anyway.

Now updating the iPhone SE. Fingers crossed


Edit - the SE updated successfully. Now also has "My Card" instead of the much more useful "My Phone Number". Not helpful. Maybe I can enter my Phone Number in a Note or something like that.

Thanks Apple - not helpful
