Apple has published a support app that will run on iOS devices. It's currently available in the iTunes app store. The app is a free download and can be used to contact Apple support for all your Apple products not just iOS devices, setup genius bar appointments, general advice, and other support information.

This had never occurred to me before. Sounds like a good idea. Of course there's always the possibility that they get swamped like the free support line used to do years ago.
