Add/Remove Radio Stations from iTunes Radio Section

I like the Radio section on iTunes for listening to internet radio but is it possible to add or remove stations? I only listen to a few of them so to make things easier I'm interested in removing the ones I don't listen to.

I don't know if you can add or remove them, but what I did was created a playslist with all the stations that I listen to. This includes ones that weren't included in the iTunes list. This way I just go to my playlist and pick the channel I want to listen to.
