I ran wifi diagnostic test and result came out, Since my 5ghz is on channel 149, should I change it to 165-136 the closest one should be 136.. right?
As for 2.4 channel is on 1,1 and 6, should I change it as suggest 11??...
Now about Width on 5 ghz, read it somewhere said prefer to keep it on 40Mhz, mine is 80 Mhz ( too wide )

When looking at WiFi, first thing I look at is the RSSI signal.
The lower the better.

RSSI above 70 is not reliable.

There are 2 on Chanel 1 (you)

There is one station n 11 but with bad RSSI so it will not interferer with yours.

Next to look at s the channel crowding (sharing with other stations)

As you can see the 149 is shared with 3 other stations = not so good.

That is how the best recommendation is made.
