Hi all, I recently bought a new iMac 27" which is running Mojave. I understand Mojave is compatible with Adobe CS6 and have been trying to install it. During the installation process, a window appeared asking me to shut down all apps including anything working in the background. It showed me a link to show me how to access Utilities and then close down anything still running. The Adobe window also showed me what was still running in the background. There were 4 things that needed to be closed down. All of these things happen to be part of Safari. I managed to close down 3 of them but one, stubbornly refuses to shut down, which has left me helpless as I cannot continue with the CS6 installation. When I have clicked continue, the Adobe window just reminds me that Safari is still running in the background. I have tried multiple times to force quit this app but it will not close. When I installed CS6 on my old Mac I never had any windows asking me to shut things down before so this is new to me.

My question is: Has anyone come across this issue and if so what have you done to resolve it?
