I just saved a frame from a video clip in Photos, and it says "saved in Pictures" folder. Where is this folder, I can't find it?

Secondly, where is the "Hidden" folder in Photos, I can't find that either!!

The Pictures folder is in your home folder. It's normally in the Finder sidebar, if not, you can drag it there for future use.

As far as the hidden folder for Photos, you should really not need to go there and care about how Photos is keeping track of your files. Stick to the UI.

Which is only putting in linear form what Ashwin said in words.

I could give you the linear route to your Photos Library too if that's what you meant by "Hidden"; but messing with that can be disastrous. May I ask, without offence, why you wish to know?

Asking about Pictures is clearly a necessity if you want to locate a photo, but the Photos app and its Library is a different kettle of fish.
